My high school trainer says all’s it needs is rest ( which i don’t believe ) but wont give a certain time for the reapir. i would like to repair it so i can stop missing season. If there are any treatments , i shall gladly accept them. thanks
Well you may need an MRI to make sure you arent dealing with a rotator cuff tear…shoulder strains can take anywhere from 2-8wks to get better. I would do ice daily x 20mins,followed by heat x10mins…try and get some bio-freeze gel.Take advil per label if you can,Do range of motion exercises.If not better in 4 wks see and orthopedist
